Only 20 movies are named here. This is because I like the story of so many South movies and forget them along with their names. There are many movies whose name and story I have forgotten, which I only remember when I watch it again. Still these South movies especially Malayalam movies are worth watching carefully from start to finish.
You can rest assured that watching the movies here will not waste your time. Yes, some movies may not be available in Hindi dubbed version. Many of the movies in this list may not even be on YouTube, so they may have to be downloaded from torrents, some movies were previously on YouTube but have now been removed due to copyright.
